RAWALPINDI (HRNW) – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing of 11 cases related to the May 9 incidents, including the GHQ Gate attack case, against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and other accused individuals until April 13.

ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah presided over the proceedings today. During the hearing, the attendance of the PTI founder and other co-accused was marked as per judicial requirements.

  • Attendance and Adjournment: After completing the attendance process, the court allowed the accused to depart and adjourned the session.

  • Nature of Charges: These 11 cases involve serious allegations including the attack on the GHQ Gate, vandalism of sensitive installations, and arson, all registered in the aftermath of the May 9, 2023, riots.
