Kinshasa,Congo (HRNW)- Human Rights Watch has accused M23 rebels and Rwandan forces of committing killings, sexual violence, abductions, and other serious human rights abuses against civilians in eastern Congo. According to recent findings, the incidents reportedly took place during military operations in and around Uvira, worsening the already severe humanitarian crisis in the region.
