Man Killed, Four-Year-Old Son Injured After Speeding Vehicle Mounts Footpath in Karachi’s DHA Phase 6

Karachi (HRNW) – A man was killed and his four-year-old son injured after a speeding pickup truck reportedly mounted the footpath near Bukhari Signal in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Chhipa rescue sources, emergency responders shifted both victims to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) immediately after the incident.

The deceased was identified as Khadim, approximately 40 years old, while the injured child was identified as Zeeshan, aged 4, son of the deceased.

Initial reports indicate that the speeding vehicle lost control before mounting the footpath and striking the victims. Authorities are expected to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and determine its cause.
