Nairobi (HRNW) — The UN Development Programme and partners including the International Fund for Animal Welfare have honoured young artists from more than 60 countries in the World Wildlife Day 2026 Youth Art Contest.
The contest celebrated creativity in wildlife protection, with the theme “Recovering Species for a Sustainable Future.” Winning pieces will be exhibited at UN offices worldwide.
Organisers said the initiative fosters youth awareness about biodiversity conservation and climate action.
