Islamabad (HRNW) – An Anti-Terrorism Court has declared Aleema Khanum and Uzma Khan, sisters of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as proclaimed offenders and issued permanent arrest warrants against them.
According to the court order, both individuals were declared proclaimed offenders due to their non-appearance before the court. Police have been directed to arrest and present them before the court.
Sources stated that following the court’s decision, legal proceedings for the possible attachment of their properties may also be initiated.
The court has directed authorities to take necessary steps for the arrest of the accused persons in accordance with the law.
