GENEVA, SWITZERLAND (HRNW)- A UN Commission of Inquiry warned in Geneva that the broader regional war has eclipsed a surge in human rights violations against Palestinians. The Commission noted a spike in casualties and the passage of a discriminatory death penalty law by the Israeli Knesset, urging that regional peace efforts must not ignore the Occupied Territories.
