Geneva, Switzerland (HRNW)- On 21 May 2026, the World Health Organization (WHO) warned that climate change is increasingly threatening global public health.
According to WHO, extreme heat, pollution, water shortages, and the spread of infectious diseases are affecting millions worldwide. The agency called for stronger international cooperation to address environmental and health-related challenges.
