PTI’s Junaid Akbar Warns Rally Will Proceed Despite Any Obstacles

Rawalpindi (HRNW)- Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Junaid Akbar has made it clear that if the government creates obstacles in the way of the rally, the workers will start the rally there.

Junaid Akbar announced that a full-fledged rally will be held in Rawalpindi on April 9 and an application has been submitted to the administration as per the rules. He said that holding a peaceful political gathering is the constitutional right of the people and the party, and depriving them of this right is unconstitutional and immoral.

He stressed that it is completely wrong to stop the largest political party from political activities in a democratic country. Junaid Akbar said that if the government creates obstacles in reaching the rally venue, the workers have clear instructions that wherever the convoy is stopped, the rally will be started there.

The PTI leader further said that the rally will be made successful through public power, convoys from all over the country will reach Rawalpindi and will not be turned back under any circumstances. He demanded that the government avoid obstructing the holding of the rally while upholding democratic traditions.
