For this purpose, memorandums of understanding have been signed with 7 institutions, including a Chinese company, regarding the export of meat.
According to the plan, China’s ‘Global Meat Company’ will install a boiler unit in Punjab in collaboration with Pamco, where boiled meat will be prepared for export on a large scale. To meet the export target, 300,000 buffaloes, cows and 300,000 rams will be fattened, while the tagging process of a total of 2 million animals will be completed.
