KARACHI (HRNW): The Sindh government has officially declared a public holiday across the province on May 1st in observance of Labor Day. According to a notification issued by the Sindh Services Department, all government, semi-government, and autonomous institutions throughout the province will remain closed on Friday, May 1st. The notification further specifies that the Labor Day holiday will also apply to all local councils and corporations, although institutions providing essential services will remain operational as per their normal schedules. The formal notification was issued following the approval of Chief Secretary Sindh, Asif Hyder Shah.
