ISLAMABAD (HRNW): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep concern and shock over the shooting incident that occurred during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington.
In a statement shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister conveyed his distress regarding the alarming incident. He stated that he was relieved to learn that U.S. President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump remained safe and unharmed during the attack.
PM Shehbaz Sharif extended his best wishes and prayers for the President and his family, stating, “My prayers and well wishes are with them, and I pray for their continued safety and well-being.”
