Trump Warns Iran Amid Rising Regional Tensions as US Military Options Reportedly Reviewed

Washington/Tehran (HRNW)- US President Donald Trump has once again issued a strong warning to Iran in a statement posted on his social media platform Truth Social, saying that time is running out for Tehran to reach an agreement or face severe consequences.

According to international media reports, Trump said in a stern message that Iran must make a deal immediately, warning that otherwise it would be left with “nothing.”

Meanwhile in Tehran, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghai stated that talks between Iran and the United States are continuing through Pakistan’s mediation, with both sides exchanging responses and views on Iran’s recent proposals. He added that despite progress in communication, major differences still remain, although diplomatic channels have not been closed.

Reports further state that President Trump is expected to hold a key meeting with top national security advisers in Washington on Tuesday, where possible military options against Iran may be discussed.

The New York Times reported that the United States and Israel have reportedly completed extensive preparations for potential military action against Iran, with some assessments suggesting possible escalation in the coming days.

Separately, a drone attack in the United Arab Emirates caused a fire at a nuclear power facility, which UAE authorities described as a dangerous provocation, blaming Iran or its allied groups.

Saudi Arabia also reported that it intercepted and destroyed three drones that entered its airspace, amid rising regional security concerns.
