Tehran (HRNW)- An Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson has said that negotiations with the United States are continuing through the mediation of Pakistan.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the talks between Tehran and Washington are not being held directly but through a mediation channel in which Pakistan is playing an important role. The spokesperson added that both sides have exchanged responses and views on Iran’s recent proposals.
He said Iran’s priority remains reducing regional tensions and ending ongoing conflicts, although significant differences between the two countries still persist despite continued communication.
The spokesperson further stated that diplomatic contact has not been broken. Iran has submitted its proposals, while responses from the United States have been received and are currently under review.
