Tehran (HRNW)- As the possible end of the ceasefire approaches, protests in favor of the government have intensified in Iran. A large rally was held in support of the government and the armed forces in the western area of Khoramabad city, in which a large number of women also participated.
During the protests, women carrying weapons were also seen at some places, shouting slogans in favor of the government. According to sources, this situation has come to light at a time when tensions are increasing in the region after a new threat from former US President Donald Trump if a deal is not reached. Iranian authorities have not made an official statement on the situation, however, the security situation is being described as extremely sensitive.
