Karachi (HRNW): The Sindh Cabinet, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, has approved a significant funding package of Rs 6.5 billion for the rehabilitation and repair of Karachi’s road network.
During the session, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah directed the immediate release of funds and instructed officials to commence repair work across the city without delay to facilitate citizens.
A spokesperson for the Chief Minister further detailed that the cabinet has allocated Rs 2 billion for the city’s Greater Karachi Sewerage Plan (S3 project). Additionally, the provincial government has earmarked Rs 48.9 million for the digitalization of the district judicial system, aiming to modernize legal infrastructure and enhance administrative efficiency.
