According to the government’s announcement, all concerned departments have been instructed to identify tuition centres and educational institutions operating without proper registration or functioning in structurally unsafe buildings. Legal action will be taken against institutions found violating the prescribed regulations to help prevent similar incidents in the future.

The government has also directed district administrations, local government authorities, and other relevant departments to inspect educational facilities for compliance with safety standards, including emergency exits, fire prevention measures, and the structural integrity of buildings.

Officials stated that the primary objective of these measures is to safeguard the lives and property of students, teachers, and staff, strengthen safety standards across educational institutions, and take effective action against illegally operating tuition centres.
