Lahore (HRNW)- Dry and hot weather intensified across پنجاب as rising temperatures and scorching sunshine created difficulties for citizens. In the provincial capital Lahore, the minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to rise to 40 degrees Celsius.
Due to the intense heat and harsh sunlight, a large number of citizens preferred to remain indoors, while roads and markets witnessed less traffic and public activity than usual.
Authorities have advised citizens to avoid unnecessary travel during peak daytime hours and to stay hydrated amid the ongoing heatwave conditions.
