Karachi (HRNW)- The administration of the University of Karachi has sought a report on the current situation of semester examinations and has directed all deans to submit a compliance report. According to university sources, the implementation of the examination system has been made mandatory under the notification of May 4 and it has been decided to tighten its supervision.
The announcement states that the relevant authorities have been instructed to immediately submit a detailed report on the situation. On the other hand, the issue of the dean of the pharmacy department not following the order of the university administration has also come to light, due to which the examination could not be held in the pharmacy department today.
According to sources, Haris Shoaib did not perform the duties of the dean due to representing the teachers’ union. The University of Karachi administration, taking notice of the matter, has emphasized ensuring effective supervision of the examination process and submitting the report immediately.
