ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – The President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, has officially summoned a session of the National Assembly to convene at Parliament House.
Exercising the powers conferred upon him under Article 54, Clause 1 of the Constitution of Pakistan, the President has scheduled the legislative sitting for Monday, March 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
This upcoming session will mark the 26th overall meeting of the current National Assembly and serves as the second session of its third parliamentary year. The gathering is expected to address critical legislative matters and the prevailing regional diplomatic situation.
