Islamabad (HRNW)- The proceedings to indict the accused in the terrorist links case against PTI leaders Rauf Hassan and Ahmed Waqas Janjua have been postponed due to the lawyers’ strike. The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, during which Rauf Hassan and Advocate Ayesha Khalid appeared before the court.
Advocate Ayesha Khalid informed the court that a strike was being observed by lawyers, making it impossible to proceed with the indictment. She requested the court to adjourn the hearing without taking further action for the day. Accepting the request, the court adjourned the hearing of the case until February 2.
