Tehran (HRNW)- Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga has rejected the US demand for Iran to surrender, saying that we Muslims have already bowed our heads before God, and no one else can bow us now.
During talks with the Iraqi Prime Minister, the Iranian President stressed that US officials should stop issuing military threats to the region and adopt a responsible attitude to reduce tensions.
In a separate statement, President Masoud Peshmerga said that power without morality is hollow. He said that chaos, oppression, injustice and lawlessness in today’s world are the result of limiting politics to mere power. The Iranian President added that Iran is presenting itself as a moral and responsible power, while Iran’s opponents have become symbols of unbridled and irresponsible power.
