Philippines (HRNW)- At least 15 people have died and dozens more rescued after a passenger boat capsized off the southern Philippine coast, according to the Philippine Coast Guard.
Authorities reported that the boat, carrying 332 passengers and 27 crew members, was overloaded, which caused it to capsize. So far, 316 people have been rescued, while several are still missing. Rescue and search operations are ongoing, and a full investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the accident.
