Conflicting Views Emerge in Iran and Israel Over Regional Tensions and Possible Conflict

Tehran (HRNW)- Conflicting opinions are emerging in political and defense circles regarding rising tensions between Iran and Israel and the possibility of a wider conflict in the region.

According to reports, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is viewed as being inclined toward de-escalation and preventing further escalation of war-like conditions. However, certain elements within the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and other hardline factions are reportedly favoring a continuation of the current confrontational posture with the United States and Israel.

On the other hand, some political groups and right-wing leaders in Israel are also allegedly in favor of maintaining the current level of tension. Analysts suggest this may be linked to internal political dynamics and the strengthening of national security narratives.

Regional observers note that the ongoing Iran-Israel tensions are increasingly impacting the economies and security environment of several Arab states. Experts believe the situation is becoming more complex due to competing strategic interests of multiple regional and global powers.

Analysts further argue that the international system is gradually shifting toward a multipolar structure, where influence is distributed among several powers rather than dominated by a single state. However, they caution that interpreting this geopolitical competition solely through national interests could pose serious risks to both regional and global stability.
