Islamabad (HRNW)- The District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad have issued arrest warrants for former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry in connection with a fraud case. The case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Shaista Kundi, during which Fawad Chaudhry appeared before the court.
According to court proceedings, the arrest warrants were issued due to the continuous absence of the plaintiff. The court directed that arguments from both parties on the acquittal plea will be heard at the next hearing. The case has been adjourned until February 3.
It is noteworthy that the case against Fawad Chaudhry has been registered at Aabpara Police Station, Islamabad.
