Washington (HRNW)- White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt has stated that US military operations against Iran will continue until the country unconditionally surrenders, adding that President Donald Trump is confident that the mission’s objectives will be achieved soon.
During a news briefing in Washington, Leavitt said the US military is actively targeting Iranian missile installations, and 2,000-pound bombs have been used against several underground facilities as part of the ongoing campaign.
She also noted that US soldiers injured during the conflict have sustained only minor injuries, while President Trump and his energy team are closely monitoring global oil markets amid rising tensions in the Middle East.
