Sut Katla (HRNW): Police have foiled an attempt to smuggle narcotics and arrested four drug dealers during separate operations.
According to police, two suspects identified as Rizwan and Talib were arrested during snap checking on PIA Road.
In another operation during routine patrolling, police signaled a suspicious motorcycle to stop. The suspects attempted to flee, but after a chase, two individuals identified as Tayyab Kermani and Imran were arrested near Ameer Chowk.
Police said a total of over 1.710 kilograms of ice (methamphetamine) was recovered from the accused, and a case has been registered against them.
The SSP South stated that operations against narcotics continue to eliminate the menace of drugs from society.
