Jerusalem (HRNW)– Following mounting international pressure, Israel has announced the reopening of the Allenby Crossing with Jordan to allow humanitarian aid and commercial goods to enter Gaza. The crossing had been closed since September 23 but is reopening today.

Israeli security officials stated that strict screening procedures will be enforced for all drivers and cargo trucks, while additional security personnel have been deployed to counter any potential threats.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has warned that if Israeli forces continue violating the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, the ongoing truce will not be able to advance to its second phase.
The situation in the region remains tense, and the future of the ceasefire will depend on developments and full implementation in the coming days.
