Case Registered Against Citizen for Making Derogatory Video Against Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi Inside Parliament

ISLAMABAD (HRNW) – A significant development has emerged regarding the case involving allegations leveled against Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi. A formal criminal case has been registered against the accusing citizen at the Secretariat Police Station under two severe sections, upon the complaint of the Senate Security Sergeant.

According to the text of the FIR, the suspect entered a sensitive high-security zone without authorization and recorded a derogatory video against a Member of the National Assembly, which constitutes a grave violation of security protocols. Police officials stated that following the registration of the case on the complaint of the Senate Security Sergeant, a manhunt has been launched to apprehend the suspect.

The FIR further reveals that the suspect’s vehicle remained stationed within the Parliament House premises for some time. Taking strict notice of this breach, security agencies have expanded the scope of the investigation.

According to police authorities, a comprehensive investigation is underway from various angles to bring the involved suspect to justice swiftly, while all evidentiary records and data regarding the Parliament’s security breach are being collected.
