Karachi (HRNW)– The Sindh Assembly is expected to convene next week, with sources indicating that a bill concerning the establishment of constitutional courts may be presented during the session.
The development follows an ordinance issued earlier by the acting Governor of Sindh regarding the formation of constitutional benches. The Law Department has reportedly submitted a summary to the Governor recommending the assembly session.

The meeting is proposed to be held on Wednesday next week, during which multiple bills are expected to be tabled and discussed. The Governor of Sindh will formally summon the assembly for the session.
This session is being closely watched as it could pave the way for the formal establishment of constitutional courts in Sindh, a significant step in the province’s judicial framework.
