Geneva, Switzerland (HRNW) – The World Health Organization (WHO) has launched new global research priorities examining the increasingly important connection between climate change, migration and health. WHO says climate-related displacement can increase health risks and create barriers to healthcare throughout people’s journeys. The initiative aims to address evidence gaps and help governments develop policies that protect migrants and other vulnerable populations.
