Karachi (HRNW) — Karachi Police has decided to challenge the acquittal of accused Anmol alias Pinky and approach the higher court against the decision.
According to police sources, following the court’s decision to acquit the accused, the police have decided to pursue legal proceedings against the acquittal.
Police officials said an appeal will be filed before the relevant higher court after reviewing the evidence and legal grounds involved in the case.
Sources said the police are in the process of completing the necessary legal formalities before formally challenging the acquittal.
