Islamabad Court Issues Arrest Warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur in Audio Leak Case

Islamabad (HRNW)- The District and Sessions Courts in Islamabad have issued arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in connection with an audio leak case.

The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch, who rejected Gandapur’s request for exemption from personal appearance before the court.

The court subsequently ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur be arrested and presented before the court.

Due to Gandapur’s absence, statements from prosecution witnesses could not be recorded. The court summoned the witnesses again for the next hearing.

The hearing was adjourned until June 17. A case against Ali Amin Gandapur has been registered at Golra Police Station in Islamabad.
