Dubai Maintains 1,140 Flight Operations in 84 Hours Amid Iran–US Tension

Dubai (HRNW)- Despite rising tensions between Iran and the United States and fears of a possible regional conflict, Dubai successfully managed large-scale air operations. According to media reports, about 1,140 flights were operated in just 84 hours from the city’s two major airports—Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport. Authorities made additional arrangements to keep flight schedules running smoothly and assist passengers during the tense period. Aviation officials said the airspace was continuously monitored and flight routes were adjusted whenever necessary. Air traffic control remained active 24 hours a day, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Dubai continues to play a crucial role as a global aviation hub connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa, with hundreds of international flights operating daily.
