Geneva, Switzerland (HRNW) – The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has released new findings showing that public support for refugees remains strong as the 1951 Refugee Convention marks its 75th anniversary. UNHCR said international solidarity continues despite growing global displacement, and it urged governments to strengthen refugee protection, expand access to education and employment, and uphold international refugee law.
