Opposition Leaders Discuss Balochistan Political Situation Ahead of Islamabad Summit

Karachi (HRNW)- Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Aain-e-Pakistan and Leader of the Opposition, met with Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal, chief of the Balochistan National Party, at his residence.

During the meeting, the leaders held detailed discussions on the prevailing political and regional situation in Balochistan and the country. They also consulted on preparations for the movement’s leadership summit scheduled to be held in Islamabad on September 15.

Sindh United Party chief Syed Zain Shah, the movement’s economic spokesperson Muhammad Zubair, Balochistan National Party leader Sajid Tareen Advocate, spokesperson Akhunzada Hussain Ahmed Yousafzai and leader Agha Hassan Baloch were also present.

The meeting also covered the future political course of action and the continuation of consultations among allied political leaders.
