Appointments of 8 Judges in Sindh High Court: Interview Committees to Be Headed by Justice Aamer Farooq

Karachi (HRNW): Important developments have emerged regarding the appointment of eight judges to the Sindh High Court, as it has been reported that interview committees formed for the selection process in Sindh will be headed by Justice Aamer Farooq of the Federal Constitutional Court.

According to sources, the formation of these committees and the appointment of their head aim to ensure a transparent and merit-based selection process for judicial appointments. During the interviews, candidates’ qualifications, experience, and judicial performance will be thoroughly evaluated.

It has further been reported that the entire process will be conducted in accordance with constitutional and judicial requirements to fill the vacant positions in the higher judiciary on the basis of merit.
