Gwadar (HRNW) – The ongoing war situation in the Persian Gulf and the reported closure of the Strait of Hormuz have further increased the strategic importance of Pakistan’s deep-water Gwadar Port.
According to details, another cargo vessel has successfully docked at Gwadar Port. The ship, MV Yuan Hongwei, arrived carrying 34,000 tons of cargo, including more than 20,000 consignments of goods.
Officials say the development highlights Gwadar’s growing role in regional trade and maritime logistics amid shifting geopolitical conditions in the region.
