Karachi (HRNW)- Sindh Governor Nehal Hashmi said that lawyers should not seek unnecessary relief from the courts. In his address to the lawyers, Sindh Governor Nehal Hashmi said that the founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a lawyer for the Muslims of the subcontinent, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who framed the 1973 constitution, was also associated with the legal profession, while Nawaz Sharif, who carried out the nuclear explosions, is also a lawyer.
He said that he has been coming to the same corridors for forty years and will continue to come to the High Court in the future. There is a relationship of respect between lawyers and he will represent the legal community before the federal and Sindh governments.
The Sindh Governor stressed that discipline must be maintained because today the legal community is facing serious challenges. The government is trying to provide justice to the people quickly, while measures like mini-lockdown are being taken for austerity.
Talking about the situation in the region, he said that there is unrest in countries other than Pakistan and some forces want to create a bad situation of law and order in the country. Israel has been involved in terrorism for half a century, while some elements call it the Fatherland.

He urged the legal community to maintain the dignity of their profession because our honor is in our own hands. The lawyers of Pakistan are the heirs of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and if it were not for Quaid-e-Azam, we would be living in British India today.
