KARACHI (HRNW) – A violent confrontation in the Baghdadi area of District City, Karachi, resulted in the death of a woman and left three others injured. Police acted swiftly to apprehend five suspects involved in the incident and recovered weapons used in the attack.
Details of the Incident and Casualties
According to the spokesperson for the District City Police, the tragedy unfolded during a heated dispute that escalated into firing and physical violence. The victims have been identified as follows:

Gul Saba: Succumbed to gunshot wounds (Deceased).

Syed Zaman: Sustained injuries.

Abdul Rahman: Sustained injuries.

Shams Zaman: Sustained injuries.
The deceased and the injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for medical formalities and urgent treatment.
Police Action and Arrests
Upon receiving the report, the SDPO Baghdadi, DSP (UTs), and the SHO reached the crime scene with a heavy contingent. Following a prompt operation, five suspects were taken into custody:

Police also recovered firearms, knives, and clubs from the suspects’ possession.
Ongoing Investigation
The Crime Scene Unit is currently on-site collecting forensic evidence. While initial reports suggest the violence stemmed from a personal dispute, a formal investigation has been launched to ensure justice for the victims.
