Islamabad (HRNW)- Leaders of the opposition alliance and PTI have demanded that the government immediately withdraw from the Peace Board, avoid involvement in the Iran conflict, and reverse the recent increase in petroleum prices.
Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja, along with Babar Awan and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, criticized the government for creating chaos in the country through lies and imposing a fake administration on the people.
Salman Akram Raja stated that Gulf countries are facing extraordinary turmoil, and that Zionist forces disrupted crucial peace talks in Oman. He emphasized that Pakistan, as a nuclear power, must play its role in resolving regional issues.
He further criticized the recent Rs55 per liter petrol price hike, saying it burdens ordinary citizens while the elite continues lavish spending, including buying expensive planes costing crores per month. Raja stressed that all stakeholders should sit together to find solutions and avoid repeating past mistakes.
