New York (HRNW)- Two suspicious devices were recovered and seized from outside the home of New York City’s first Muslim mayor, Zahran Mamdani, during an anti-Muslim rally in the city.
According to media reports, two suspects have been taken into custody in connection with the incident. It remains unclear whether the mayor and his wife were at home at the time the devices were found.
Authorities are investigating the matter to ensure the safety of the mayor, his family, and the surrounding community.
