Former Army Chief General (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa Injured After Fall at Home

RAWALPINDI (HRNW): Former Chief of Army Staff General (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa has been hospitalized after sustaining multiple injuries in a fall at his residence. According to family sources, the incident occurred early Tuesday morning at approximately 4:30 AM when he slipped in the bathroom.

The former army chief sustained injuries to various parts of his body, including a significant wound to his head. Following the accident, he was immediately shifted to a medical facility in Rawalpindi, where he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Medical professionals are currently monitoring his condition closely. While he is receiving specialized treatment, hospital sources indicate that he remains under observation to ensure a stable recovery from the injuries sustained during the fall. Both of his sons are reportedly present at the hospital as his medical team continues to evaluate his progress.
