Ceuta, Spain (HRNW) – UNICEF has urged authorities to ensure that unaccompanied migrant children in Ceuta receive an individual assessment before any decision is made to return or transfer them. UNICEF stressed that children’s best interests, protection needs and individual circumstances must be considered in accordance with international child-rights standards.
