Islamabad (HRNW) — Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has strongly rejected allegations that party tickets were sold, describing the allegations made by Mashal Yousafzai as “filth.”
Speaking to the media outside the Supreme Court, Salman Akram Raja said that PTI founder Imran Khan appointed him as the party’s Secretary General and he would not resign from the position.
He further claimed that a “very large group” was behind Mashal Yousafzai and suggested that efforts were being made to create divisions within the party.
Rejecting allegations regarding the sale of party tickets, Raja said such accusations against him were unacceptable and maintained that he would continue performing his responsibilities as Secretary General.
