Karachi (HRNW): On the occasion of Police Martyrs’ Day, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic Karachi visited the Police Martyrs’ Memorial, laid a floral wreath, and offered prayers in honor of the brave police personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.
Paying tribute to the fallen officers, the DIG Traffic Karachi said that the sacrifices made by police martyrs are a priceless national asset and will continue to inspire future generations. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Sindh Police to protecting the lives and property of citizens, upholding the rule of law, and maintaining peace and public order.
Special prayers were offered for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks, forgiveness, and strength and patience for their bereaved families.
The DIG Traffic Karachi stated that Police Martyrs’ Day serves as a reminder of the enduring values of courage, selflessness, dedication, and unwavering commitment to public service. He added that the sacrifices of the martyrs remain a source of pride and inspiration for every officer and member of the Sindh Police.
