Kharian (HRNW)- The Awam Express, which was upgraded by Pakistan Railways a few months ago, experienced a derailment after one of its coaches went off the tracks near Kharian.
According to initial reports, the train was traveling from Karachi to Peshawar when the incident occurred. Fortunately, all passengers remained safe and no casualties or injuries have been reported.
Railway authorities immediately launched efforts to restore the derailed coach to the tracks. Officials said the train is expected to resume its journey to its destination after the restoration work is completed.
