MQM Pakistan Criticizes Bilawal Bhutto’s Speech as Out of Touch with Ground Realities

Karachi (HRNW)- MQM Pakistan has described Bilawal Bhutto’s recent speech as “laughable and contrary to facts,” asserting that no number of presentations can hide the Sindh government’s inefficiencies and corruption.

According to MQM Pakistan, the speech resembled social media content rather than reflecting the actual conditions on the ground. The party stated that the script failed to mask the deliberate inaction of the Sindh government. “Even from a helicopter, drains may look like lakes, but the reality on the ground is very different,” the statement added.

MQM Pakistan highlighted the lack of basic human necessities in Sindh as evidence of decades of backward governance. The party accused the Sindh government of corruption that has left Karachi among the world’s worst cities and criticized the deteriorating infrastructure, water supply, education, and health services in urban and rural areas.

The party urged that instead of focusing on decades of political claims, the government should prioritize genuine public welfare. MQM Pakistan also condemned the PPP’s politics of division, ethnic favoritism, and inherited political dynasties, questioning the party’s credibility on democratic values.
