Islamabad (HRNW) — Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has assured the court that it will not use government machinery or public resources during its September 27 protest.
A larger bench of the Islamabad High Court has directed PTI to submit an affidavit confirming that government machinery and official resources will not be used during the protest.
The Islamabad High Court has issued a two-page written order in the case, formally recording the court’s direction regarding the non-use of government machinery and state resources.
The court’s order places responsibility on the party to ensure that the protest is conducted in accordance with legal requirements and without the use of government resources.
