London (HRNW) Former head of Indian intelligence agency ‘RAW’ termed the Pahalgam attack a failure of security agencies.
It is better to avoid war because its consequences can be disastrous, Amarjit Singh told the British Broadcasting Corporation
Former head of India’s intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), Amarjit Singh Daulat, termed the Pahalgam attack a failure of Indian security agencies.
He said that Kashmiris were not to blame for the Pahalgam attack and it was regrettable to target Kashmiris over the Pahalgam incident.
He said that if a limited military operation like surgical strike or Balakot had to be carried out, it might be appropriate, but the talk of war is made in the context of nuclear weapons and it is limited to mere threats.
He added that there is talk of war being imminent from all sides, but I believe that war is the last and worst option.
Amarjit Singh stressed that it is better to avoid war as its consequences could be disastrous.
Very interesting information!Perfect just what I was searching for! “Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations entangling alliances with none.” by Thomas Jefferson.
