Lahore (HRNW) — The Lahore High Court has declared a petition demanding that Pakistan’s minimum wage be raised to 1,000 US dollars as inadmissible.
Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Justice Aalia Neelum, heard the petition filed by Fahmeed Nawaz and ruled that the request could not be entertained.

Justice Aalia Neelum remarked that the petition was not maintainable, adding, “This is not a forum for making headlines in newspapers.”
